The Light of Life

This painting measures 80x80cm x 3cm in depth. It is a highly textured painting and as such appears very tactile.
The colours used are teal and cobalt turqouise plus light copper for the sun and wave reflections.
The sun was created using light copper paint and copper leaf. The sun is very reflective and really does shine.
The title of the painting I struggled with. In the end I chose The Light of Life....without it, life would not exist.
